REGLEMENT INTERIEUR

1. MINEURS :
Nous n’assurons pas la surveillance des participants mineurs pendant leur séjour.
Si un mineur participe à l’événement en tant qu’accompagnant :
Il sera sous la responsabilité de ses parents ou personne(s) responsable(s).
Si un mineur participe à l’événement en tant que stagiaire, il sera accepté sous 3 conditions :
– Avoir minimum 14 ans (sauf dérogation de l’organisation Swingside – Sur demande).
– Joindre à son inscription une autorisation parentale déchargeant le Swingside Invitational (et l’organisation Swingside) de toutes responsabilités.
– Etre accompagné pendant le stage par l’un des parents ou une personne habilitée par ceux-ci.

2. CONTROLE DES COURS :
Au début de chaque cours il sera demandé aux stagiaires de présenter leur bracelet. Tout participant présentant un bracelet non conforme se verra refuser l’entrée au cours.
A la fin de chaque cours, il est demandé à tous les stagiaires de sortir de la salle afin de procéder au contrôle du cours suivant.

3. VOL D’EFFETS PERSONNELS :
Le Swingside Invitational (et l’organisation Swingside) n’est aucunement responsable en cas de vol d’objet(s) personnel(s) des participants.
Il est donc vivement recommandé de ne pas apporter d’objet de valeur et de faire preuve de vigilance.

4. DEFENSE DE FUMER :
Il est rappelé qu’il est formellement interdit de fumer dans l’ensemble des locaux du Swingside Invitational.

5. RESPONSABILITE :
La responsabilité du Swingside Invitational ne pourra être engagée pour tout préjudice corporel ou matériel, causé ou subi par toute personne que ce soit durant les cours, animations, spectacles, pratiques dansantes ou durant les déplacements. Chaque participant doit avoir souscrit une assurance responsabilité civile personnelle. L’organisation Swingside n’est pas responsable des vols/dégâts éventuels occsaionnés sur le parking de l’évènement ou en dehors.

6. PLANNING :
Le planning peut être modifié : en cas de vol de professeur annulé, en cas de maladie ou blessure… dans ce cas, les horaires ou les professeurs peuvent être changés. Aucun remboursement ne peut être demandé pour ces motifs.

7. OBJETS TROUVES :
Si vous avez perdu des objets et que nous les retrouvons, nous les garderons pendant 1 mois après l’évènement. Au delà de ce délai, nous les donnerons à des associations.

8. PISTES DE DANSE :
Respectez les salles de danse. N’oubliez pas de porter des chaussures propres et adaptées.

9. LE LIEU DANS SON ENSEMBLE :
Respectez le lieu : pistes de danse aux autres espaces du complexe, tout comme l’entrée ou les alentours. Le Swingside Invitational se réserve le droit d’inviter quiconque à se retirer du lieu en cas de comportement inopportun qui altérerait le bon déroulement de l’événement ou dérangerait l’ensemble ou une partie des participants.

10. NOURRITURE ET BOISSONS :
Le Swingside Invitational met à votre disposition bars et nourriture durant l’événement ainsi que des emplacements prévus pour consommer sans gêner les danseurs. Nous souhaitons que la place prévue à la consommation soit disponible en priorité aux stagiaires consommant sur place.
Respectez les emplacements prévus pour les consommations, évitez la nourriture et boissons lors des pratiques dansantes, sur les pistes ou à tout endroit non adapté.

11. REMBOURSEMENT :
Dès réception de votre règlement, vous recevrez un mail qui confirmera définitivement votre inscription. En cas d’annulation de votre part, veuillez prendre contact avec l’organisation pour trouver un arrangement.
– Nous ne sommes pas responsables si votre vol, train ou tout autre transport est annulé pour quelque raison que ce soit, et ne pouvons vous rembourser pour ce motif.
– Nous ne sommes pas responsables si vous tombez malade ou vous blessez avant l’évènement. Nous ne pouvons vous rembourser pour ce motif.

CONDITIONS DE PAIEMENT ET RESERVATION

1. MINORS:
We do not monitor minors during their stay.
If a minor participates in the event as an accompanying person:
He will be under the responsibility of his parents or responsible person (s).
If a minor participates in the event as a trainee, he will be accepted under 3 conditions:
– Be at least 14 years old (unless the waiver from the Swingside organization – On request).
– Attach to your registration a parental authorization discharging the Swingside Invitational (and the Swingside organization) from all responsibilities.
– Be accompanied during the internship by one of the parents or a person authorized by them.

2. WORKSHOPS:
At the start of each course, trainees will be asked to present their bracelet. Any participant with a non-compliant bracelet will be refused entry to the course.
At the end of each course, all trainees are asked to leave the room in order to check the next course.

3. THEFT OF PERSONAL EFFECTS:
The Swingside Invitational (and the Swingside organization) is not responsible for any theft of participants’ personal items.
It is therefore strongly recommended not to bring valuables and to be vigilant.

4. SMOKING DEFENSE:
You are reminded that smoking is strictly prohibited in all Swingside Invitational premises.

5. RESPONSIBILITY:
The responsibility of the Swingside Invitational cannot be engaged for any bodily injury or material, caused or suffered by any person whatsoever during the lessons, animations, shows, dancing practices or during the trips. Each participant must have taken out personal liability insurance. The Swingside organization is not responsible for theft / possible damage caused on the parking lot of the event or outside.

6. SCHEDULE:
The schedule can be changed: in the event of the flight of a professor canceled, in the event of illness or injury… in this case, the timetables or the teachers may be changed. No refund can be requested for these reasons.

7. OBJECTS FOUND:
If you have lost items and we find them, we will keep them for 1 month after the event. Beyond this deadline, we will give them to associations.

8. DANCE TRACKS:
Respect the dance halls. Remember to wear clean and suitable shoes.

9. THE PLACE :
Respect the place: dance floors in other areas of the complex, as well as the entrance or the surroundings. The Swingside Invitational reserves the right to invite any person to withdraw from the venue in the event of inappropriate behavior which would alter the smooth running of the event or disturb all or part of the participants.

10. FOOD AND BEVERAGES:
The Swingside Invitational provides bars and food during the event, as well as places to eat without disturbing the dancers. We would like the space provided for consumption to be available as a priority to trainees consuming on site.
Respect the places provided for consumption, avoid food and drinks during dancing practices, on the slopes or in any unsuitable place.

11. REFUNDS:
Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive an email confirming your registration. If you cancelled your event, please contact the organization in order to find a solution.
– We are not responsible if your flight, train or any other transportation is canceled for any reason, and we cannot reimburse you for that.
– We are not responsible if you fall ill or injure yourself before the event. We cannot reimburse you for this.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS AND RESERVATION

1. RESERVATION
The prices displayed are the prices for a registration PER person.
After registering via the form, you will receive an Email confirming your registration and the instructions for payment.
Once your payment has reached us, within 10 calendar days, you will receive an Email which will confirm your presence at the event and that you are in good order.
If you are on the waiting list, you keep the price at which you signed up. If an increase is planned during this period of time, it will have no effect on your registration.

2. PAYMENT AND INVOICE
You will be notified by Email that your payment has reached us, which will confirm your participation.
One payment = insurance to participate. Registration alone is not enough.
Payments will be made via:

• Bank account sent by Email.
• Paypal (instructions sent by Email).
• Directly from the organization for local dancers only.

If you require an invoice, do not hesitate to send it to us by Email at the following address: hello@swingside.be.
We will send it to you no later than a week after the end of the event.
